It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to BVIUK’s 4th Annual Conference on Business Valuation, held in person at the Leonardo Royal London City Hotel, London, on 4th December 2026.

This conference stands as the UK’s dedicated gathering for business valuation professionals, bringing together those who work directly with valuation in its real and applied form. It is where knowledge is tested in practice, where professional judgement is exercised, and where the direction of the field is shaped through active engagement.

This year, our focus is on valuation in practice, with particular attention to education, networking, and market execution. These are the pillars that determine how valuation operates beyond theory. They define how professionals are trained, how relationships form across the field, and how valuation is delivered in transactions, reporting, and disputes.

Throughout the day, we will explore how these elements interact and reinforce one another. Education sets the standard. Networking builds the connections that sustain the profession. Market execution reflects the level at which valuation is carried out in real contexts. Together, they define the strength and credibility of the field.

At BVIUK, my direction has always been clear. To raise professional standards and to build a community grounded in expertise, integrity, and active participation. This conference is an expression of that direction. It brings together individuals who shape the profession through their work.
