About the Speaker:

Wojciech’s primary specialty is financial reporting and valuations. He is an expert in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards and assists European stock listed companies and local branches of multinational companies in their reporting and accounting processes.

He is also the head of Transaction Services team, working on valuations and financial models for businesses and financial institutions. Within that role he built a model validation capacity which is heavily used by banks to reduce their regulatory risk exposures.

He led a number of due diligence projects and was involved in hundreds of mergers and acquisitions for Polish and international companies both locally in Poland and abroad throughout Europe. He took part in SPA preparation and negotiations on the part of both buyers and sellers.

As a recognised expert in the field of reporting and M&A, he has held positions as a non-executive director, head of audit committee in the following public entities: PKN Orlen (2017-2019), MCI Funds (2018-), PGS Software (2021-2022), KI Funds (2022-), Ministry of Environment (2020-)
