About the Instructor:
Wojciech Krynski is Managing Partner at Ground Frost and a specialist in financial reporting and valuations. With over 25 years of experience, he is an expert in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards and works with European stock listed companies and multinational groups on reporting and accounting processes.
He leads the firm’s Transaction Services team, delivering valuations and financial models for businesses and financial institutions. In this role he developed a model validation capability widely used by banks to reduce regulatory risk exposures. He has led numerous due diligence assignments and has participated in hundreds of mergers and acquisitions for Polish and international companies, including involvement in SPA preparation and negotiations on both the buy side and the sell side.
Wojciech is recognised as a leading expert in reporting, valuation, and M&A. He has served as a non-executive director and head of audit committee in several public entities, including PKN Orlen (2017–2019), MCI Funds (2018–), PGS Software (2021–2022), KI Funds (2022–), and the Ministry of Environment (2020–).
