CASE STUDY AND VALUATION MODEL Please note, only those individuals who successfully passed BVIUK 102 exam will be admitted to the Course. 17 - 21 June 2024 17 - 20 June: Course Learning (9am - 5 pm BST) 21 June: Exam Day (9am-1 pm BST) PRICE: £1250.00 per participant This is a capstone course which applies the theory learned in BVIUK 101 and BVIUK 102 to a set of three case studies involved in the international auto parts manufacturing industry (two minor cases and one major case study). The subject companies are to be analysed in a student group format. The purpose of this course is to provide students with an opportunity to work through an actual set of case study materials that will follow all of the steps of a valuation engagement, from initial contact through the calculations and reconciled conclusion of value. Terms and Conditions - BVIUK Training Course in Business Valuation 1. Fees and Payments 1.1 All fees for the BVIUK Training Course in Business Valuation are non-refundable. 1.2 Candidates are responsible for the timely payment of all applicable fees and any associated charges. 1.3 BVIUK reserves the right to modify the fees for future courses, with advance notice provided to registered candidates. 2. Professional Conduct 2.1 Candidates are obliged to adhere to BVIUK's Professional Conduct guidelines throughout the duration of the training course. 2.2 Any violation of the Professional Conduct guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including termination from the course without refund. 3. Withdrawal and Cancellation 3.1 Candidates may withdraw from the training course by providing written notice to BVIUK at least 30 days before the scheduled start date. 3.2 Withdrawal requests received within the stipulated timeframe will be considered, and a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of BVIUK. 3.3 BVIUK reserves the right to cancel the course for any reason. In this case, a full refund of all fees related to this particular course paid by participants will be made. 4. Acceptance and Rejection 4.1 BVIUK reserves the right to accept or reject a candidate's application for the training course. 4.2 The decision of BVIUK regarding candidate acceptance or rejection is final and not subject to appeal. 4.3 If a candidate's application is rejected, any fees paid will be refunded in full. 5. Intellectual Property 5.1 All course materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, and online content, are the intellectual property of BVIUK. 5.2 Candidates are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using any course materials for purposes other than their personal learning during the training course. 6. Liability 6.1 BVIUK will not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, losses, or injuries incurred by candidates during the training course. 6.2 Candidates are responsible for their personal safety and well-being throughout the course, including any travel or accommodation arrangements made. 7. Amendments 7.1 BVIUK reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 7.2 Any changes made to the Terms and Conditions will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version on the BVIUK website.
